Refund Policy

At Havolka, we are dedicated to ensuring your satisfaction. We gladly accept returns of unused and undamaged items within 30 days of receipt. You may choose to exchange the returned item or receive a full refund, subject to a 15% restocking fee. For one-time exchanges, we waive the outgoing shipping cost and the restocking fee.

To begin a return, please complete the Return Request Form within the 30-day return period. Once approved, you will receive a Return Authorization Number (RAN), which must be included in the return shipment.

Important Information

Items must be returned in their original packaging and condition to avoid denial of a refund due to damage or improper handling.

Be sure to include the Return Authorization Number inside the package.

We strongly recommend using a tracked and insured shipping service, as Havolka is not responsible for returns lost or damaged in transit. Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days of receipt at our warehouse.

Please note that Return Authorizations expire 14 days after issuance, so prompt return shipping is encouraged.
