Shipping & Delivery Details

Please note that all delivery timelines are estimates and may be impacted by factors beyond our control. To avoid potential disruptions, we recommend scheduling any services or appointments (such as installers or contractors) only after your complete order has been received.


Order Processing

In-stock items typically require up to 72 hours to be processed before being shipped.


Estimated Time of Arrival (ETA) & Backorders

For items with an ETA, they will be placed on backorder if they are included in your purchase. Please refer to the ETA displayed on the product, cart, or checkout pages. If your order includes both in-stock and backordered items, the in-stock items will ship immediately, while backordered products will be dispatched once they arrive at our warehouse. The ETA represents an estimate of when the product will reach our warehouse, after which it will take up to 48 hours to process before shipping.


Shipping Limitations: PO Boxes

We are unable to ship to PO Box addresses. Please provide a valid street address for delivery.


Order Delivery & Pickup

Orders will be sent to the address provided at checkout, with "Authority to Leave" as the default delivery option. This means packages may be left at your address without requiring a signature if the delivery driver deems it safe.


If the driver cannot access the delivery location or finds it unsafe to leave the package, it may be redirected to a nearby collection point (such as a Post Office, Parcel Locker, or other designated facility) for you to collect. Please check the delivery notice left by the courier for details on how to retrieve your package.
